Procurement & Contracts Officer (Remote – Central Luzon)

About the role

The Procurement & Contracts Officer will support the IS Category Lead in managing low‑value, low‑risk information‑systems procurement across corporate, on‑shore and off‑shore divisions. Working remotely, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IS Category Lead in handling procurement needs for software, communications infrastructure, and other technology services.
• Apply procurement expertise to achieve on‑time, on‑budget project execution.
• Maintain compliance with all corporate standards, supply‑chain policies, and joint‑venture agreements.
• Manage end‑to‑end contracting, including sourcing, supplier‑relationship management, negotiations, and contract administration (ACV, terms, variations, claims).
• Develop recommendations based on market intelligence that balance risk and value.
• Ensure contracts deliver the lowest total‑cost outcomes while supporting scope growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within IT or technology services.
• Familiarity with sourcing activities, supplier‑relationship management, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
