Procurement Category Manager – Pooling

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Category professional to lead the Pooling sub‑category at our BGC, Taguig office. The role will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage contracts and ensure compliance while delivering cost‑effective solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category‑specific sourcing and cost‑saving strategies, including RFP preparation and negotiation.
• Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and maximize regional/global leverage.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align sourcing plans with operational requirements.
• Identify, engage and monitor suppliers, driving performance improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee purchasing transactions to guarantee adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven background in procurement category management.
• Ability to lead a category end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management, with leadership skills.
