Procurement Associate

About the role

The Procurement Associate supports the organization by handling purchase requests, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily purchase requests from various departments and sites.
• Manage ticketing workflows and Bill of Materials (BOM) requests.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Maintain vendor accreditation and performance records.
• Prepare cost comparison summaries from vendor quotations.
• Create, monitor, and maintain purchase orders for CAPEX, office supplies and other materials.
• Track receipt and physical delivery of goods and coordinate with requestors and Finance for invoice processing.
• Handle import/export requirements and obtain government permits (NTC, OMB, BOC, GTSB).
• Process renewal and termination of corporate telecom plans.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of end‑to‑end purchasing or procurement experience.

Required skills

• Vendor evaluation, negotiation tactics and quotation analysis.
• Purchase order tracking and invoice processing.
• Use of ERP or digital procurement systems.
• Processing government permits such as BOC, NTC, OMB, GTSB.
• Coordinating corporate telecom plan accounts and managing BOM tickets.
