Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Buyer

About the role

LevelUp is looking for three Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Buyers to become the primary procurement partners for distinct business functions. You will own vendor relationships, contracts, and purchasing strategies, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end procurement as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all procurement activities within your assigned function.
• Coordinate with business owners, finance, the CFO’s office, and the wider procurement team to keep purchasing processes on track.
• Manage the full P2P lifecycle: sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract review, legal/security routing, requisitions, and PO issuance.
• Engage directly with vendors, set commercial tone, push back when needed, and protect the company’s interests.
• Enforce procurement policies, ensuring every spend is captured through a PO and vetted via intake forms.
• Capture contract metadata, service dates, and renewal clauses in the procurement system to support month‑end close automation.
• Confirm service satisfaction with end users and record receipt confirmations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a procurement buyer or specialist, preferably within the track you apply for (Marketing & Sales, RevOps/Hosting & G&A, or Indirect/Employee Experience).
• Strong domain knowledge of the relevant spend categories (e.g., lead‑generation tools, cloud infrastructure, HR systems).
• Ability to collaborate across finance, legal, and business stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and cost‑saving initiatives.
