About the role
Littelfuse is seeking a Process Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing testing, checkout, and troubleshooting activities. The role works from schematics, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure components meet quality and performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute testing, checkout, and troubleshooting functions based on schematics and defined plans (approximately 65% of time).
- Assist engineers with design, construction, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of components (about 15%).
- Determine methods to remedy malfunctions and recommend corrective actions (about 15%).
- Follow established safety and procedural guidelines to guarantee accurate results (about 5%).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Associate degree, two‑year technical/trade degree, or equivalent (preferred).
- Five to seven years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience using CAD software.
- High attention to detail.
Required skills
- Use of manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
- Ability to work with test programs and CAD tools.
