Pro Success Manager – Remote

About the role

Thumbtack Philippines is seeking a Pro Success Manager to lead our Success Specialists in a fully remote, virtual‑first environment. The role focuses on driving Pro retention, preventing churn, and ensuring high satisfaction through coaching and data‑driven operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Success Specialists to achieve retention and satisfaction targets.
• Analyze performance data to identify churn risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for professional users.
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to enhance the Pro experience.
• Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with virtual‑first work environments.
