About the role

The Post Medical Doctor leads clinical operations within a post‑medical care facility, ensuring high‑quality patient management, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders. Reporting to the Medical Operations Director, the role blends direct patient care, telemedicine, and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical operations in partnership with the Medical Operations Director.
• Supervise, evaluate, and mentor Post Medical Doctors and support staff.
• Maintain staffing levels, provide training, and ensure continuity of services.
• Prepare medical reports, referrals, certifications, and maintain accurate progress documentation.
• Coordinate patient interactions, hospital referrals, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct teleconsultations, issue prescriptions, and manage PCR‑related consultations and result releases.
• Provide after‑hours medical coverage when required.
• Ensure completion of case forms, monitor case progress, and close cases appropriately.
• Track case statistics, support operational improvements, and assist with teleconsultation assignments.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a valid medical license.
• Minimum three years of experience in a post‑medical or similar clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and make sound clinical decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with standard communication tools used in healthcare environments.
