About the role

The PMO Data Analytics & Governance Analyst will support the restructuring of Global Business Services by delivering data‑driven insights and ensuring governance standards. This full‑time position is remote, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with teams across the organization. You will translate business requirements into analytical solutions and maintain governance documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the redesign and implementation of Global Business Services processes.
• Conduct data analytics activities to provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Apply governance frameworks to maintain data quality and compliance.
• Utilize Smartsheet to track project milestones, dashboards, and reporting.
• Maintain governance documentation and ensure adherence to internal policies.

Required profile

• Experience in PMO, data analytics, and governance functions.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project and data management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
