About the role
FedEx is seeking a motivated PM Sort OSA-Associate to support a range of operational functions across its air and road network. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in logistics, customer service, and operational administration within a global transportation leader.
Key responsibilities
- Provide air network and operations support, including dispatch and manifesting.
- Assist with customer service, service assurance, and location‑based support.
- Handle dangerous‑goods documentation and compliance.
- Support cross‑border road linehaul and domestic air linehaul activities.
- Perform operational administration, sort support, trace management, and reporting.
Required profile
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- 0‑1 year of work experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
