Platform Staff – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Platform Staff member supports Zuellig Pharma’s distribution network by handling finished‑goods receipt, sorting, consolidation and dispatch of packages. The role ensures compliance with quality management systems and regional guidelines for storage and distribution of medical products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record finished goods, RUDs and trade returns.
• Sort, consolidate and dispatch packages to customers and medical facilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Apply Good Storage and Distribution Practices for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with inventory and transport teams to meet service objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics within the healthcare/pharma sector.
• Strong ethics, integrity and customer‑service orientation.
• Reliability, sense of urgency and results‑driven mindset.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Cold chain management.
• Inventory control and management.
• Knowledge of GSDP, GDPMDD, ISO and quality‑compliance standards.
• Good Storage and Distribution Practices for medical devices and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in SAP.
