Platform Engineer – Cloud Contact Center Solutions

About the role

Join Five9’s Professional Services team as a Platform Engineer, delivering cloud contact‑center solutions to customers worldwide. You will lead configuration, training and rollout of Five9 platforms while acting as a technical consultant and solution architect.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, configure solutions, provide product training and oversee production rollout for multiple projects.
• Serve as Project Engineer or Solution Architect, depending on project needs, and manage integrations with partners such as Salesforce, NetSuite and Velocity.
• Design and implement digital channel solutions (Chat, Email, SMS), complex IVR flows and API‑based data exchanges.
• Handle escalated implementations, offering technical expertise and customer management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional services implementation experience in a cloud or telephony environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of hosted SaaS solutions, VoIP, IVR and call‑center best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead‑management platforms (Salesforce, Velocify, NetSuite, Zendesk) is preferred.
• Graduate of an IT or related technical discipline.
