About the role
The Plant Engineer will work within a manufacturing environment to lead and manage projects that enhance plant operations. This role focuses on machinery, equipment, facilities, utilities, and related building infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate with maintenance and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects related to machinery, equipment, facilities, utilities, and building infrastructure.
- Coordinate with maintenance engineers to ensure reliable plant operation.
- Support production, process, and improvement initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure that all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Engineering graduate majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a related field.
- Experience in production, process, or improvement engineering is a plus.
