Planner – Supply Chain & Inventory

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to join Lattice’s supply chain team in the Philippines. The role focuses on determining material requirements, monitoring work‑in‑progress and safety stock, and ensuring smooth production flow. You will work closely with subcontractors and product planners to keep inventory levels optimal and support timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Determine material requirements based on forecast and customer backlog.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress (WIP) and manage safety stock to avoid line‑down situations.
• Communicate with subcontractors to track shipments, manage lead times, and resolve inventory or delivery discrepancies.
• Collaborate with product planners to maximize inventory efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, capable of working independently and taking on increasing responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
