Phone Support Specialist (UK Market, Manila)

About the role

Eucalyptus, a consumer healthcare platform supporting patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada, is looking for a Phone Support Specialist based in Manila to support its UK market. The role works mid-shift or night shift and involves supporting patients through a range of conditions, mainly by phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Support patients of the 5 clinics through a range of conditions, primarily via phone and email
• Support the UK market on a mid-shift or night-shift basis
• Collaborate remotely and liaise with doctors, pharmacies and delivery partners
• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes or service

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent (hospitality, email support, call centre, retail, etc.)
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Interest in healthcare and wellness, or experience in healthcare or allied services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to use different tones of voice with customers
• Familiarity with computers, or experience with customer service software (Mac and Google Suite is a plus)
• Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM and 1 AM or 6 PM and 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off
