About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our pharmacy and healthcare services team. The role involves assisting patients, handling medication‑related inquiries and ensuring smooth healthcare transactions while delivering high‑quality customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding prescriptions and medication.
- Coordinate and respond to medication‑related inquiries.
- Facilitate healthcare transactions and support prescription processing.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to improve patient experience.
Required profile
- Completed at least two years of college education.
- Minimum six months of customer‑service experience.
- Willingness to work on‑site.
- Above‑average English communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to handle confidential patient information.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare procedures.
