Pet Claims Assessor (Veterinary Experience) – Remote Dayshift

About the role

Twoconnect is seeking a detail‑oriented Pet Claims Assessor with veterinary experience to join its remote team. Working from home on a dayshift schedule, you will evaluate pet insurance claims, verify documentation, and ensure accurate payouts in line with policy guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review veterinary records, invoices, and supporting documents submitted for pet insurance claims.
• Assess claim validity, calculate reimbursement amounts, and flag any discrepancies.
• Communicate with policyholders, veterinarians, and internal teams to gather additional information when needed.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the company’s system and adhere to data‑privacy standards.
• Stay updated on pet health terminology and insurance policy terms.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a veterinary setting or handling animal health documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets).
