Pest Control Service Technician (South Luzon)

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Pest Control Service Technician to deliver high‑quality pest‑management solutions across the South Luzon region. You will work directly with customers, ensuring safe and effective treatments while upholding the company’s standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pest‑control treatments and recommendations to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain and operate all company‑provided equipment, tools, mobile phones, and vehicles.
• Plan daily routes to arrive on time at each treatment site.
• Manage chemicals and consumables efficiently, following safety and SOP guidelines.
• Report service concerns and feedback to supervisors.
• Follow warehouse, inventory, and disposal procedures for pest‑control products.

Required profile

• College or vocational graduate; degree in Agriculture or related field is a plus.
• Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2, 3) and ability to drive a 4‑wheel vehicle or motorcycle.
• Fast learner, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be assigned to Batangas, Laguna, or Cavite.
