Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead performance‑driven campaigns across key digital platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Lazada and Shopee. Working closely with internal e‑commerce teams and external agencies, you will develop data‑backed strategies to boost sales, improve ROAS and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance marketing plans aligned with brand and e‑commerce objectives.
• Analyse paid‑media data, extract insights and optimise campaigns to meet ROAS targets.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly and yearly media calendars with the e‑commerce team.
• Manage agency relationships, set KPIs, review performance and ensure delivery.
• Hands‑on optimisation of programmatic and e‑commerce media buys, including post‑buy reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for e‑commerce platforms and agency partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in programmatic media buying and e‑commerce performance marketing, preferably in fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills in English.
• High work ethic, professional integrity and a passion for digital marketing.
