About the role
Kroll is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll operations from our Manila office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end payroll processing, compliance, and tax reporting for multi‑country payrolls using ADP.
Key responsibilities
- Execute full cycle payroll for US employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll compliance and prepare tax reporting in line with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ADP support to resolve payroll issues.
- Perform reconciliations, audits and related payroll analyses.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling multi‑country payrolls.
- Proven track record managing ADP‑based payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax reporting requirements.
- Experience conducting reconciliations and payroll audits.
