About the role
St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead its payroll function. This full‑time, on‑site position in Metro Manila will be responsible for the complete payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of payroll for all employees.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for all staff.
- Ensure payroll calculations are accurate.
- Guarantee timely preparation and distribution of payroll each pay period.
- Maintain focus on accuracy and timely preparation as core components of the role.
