Payments Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Payments Analyst to join our finance team in Manila. The role supports routine accounts payable and receivable processes, data verification and transaction handling, working under moderate supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and verify financial data in standard company systems.
• Perform basic data entry, collection and analysis for AP/AR transactions.
• Maintain accurate records by filing documents and managing data according to established procedures.
• Prepare standard templates, collate materials and support document preparation.
• Interact courteously with internal clients and stakeholders to exchange information.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and ability to classify, measure and record transactions.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and financial analysis at an entry level.
• Ability to handle data management tasks, including data conversion and protection.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with standard office software and equipment.
