Patient Support Specialist (UK Support) - Manila

About the role

Eucalyptus, a consumer healthcare platform, is looking for a Patient Support Specialist based in Manila to support its UK market. The role works mainly by phone and email, covering the UK mid-shift and night shifts, and involves working remotely with doctors, pharmacies and delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support patients across five clinics' conditions, primarily by phone and email
• Support the UK market on a mid-shift and night-shift basis
• Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies and delivery partners
• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes or service

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent (hospitality, email support, call centre, retail)
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Interest in healthcare and wellness, or experience in healthcare or allied services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to use different tones of voice
• Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule between 2 PM and 1 AM or 6 PM and 3 AM Manila time, with no fixed weekend off

Required skills

• Familiarity with computers or customer service software (Mac and Google Suite experience is a plus)
