Patient Support & Prescription Order Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Patient Support & Prescription Order Coordinator to join our growing U.S. healthcare organization. Working remotely during U.S. business hours, you will act as the primary liaison between patients, compounding pharmacies, and internal staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track prescription orders to compounding pharmacies using the LifeFile platform.
• Review patient details and prescription data for 100% accuracy before submission.
• Communicate order status, updates, and administrative questions to patients via phone, email, or chat.
• Follow up with pharmacies to resolve missing information, delays, or clarifications.
• Maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality while updating patient records.
• Collaborate with internal healthcare staff and learn the organization’s proprietary platform.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience submitting orders to compounding pharmacies, preferably using LifeFile.
• Direct experience with U.S. healthcare system workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical data privacy.
• High attention to detail and reliable remote work setup (stable internet, quiet workspace).
