Part‑Time Company Nurse

About the role

S3A Manufacturing Inc. is looking for a compassionate part‑time nurse to support the health and wellbeing of its employees. The role involves delivering direct nursing care on site, monitoring health status, and promoting disease prevention within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct employee health assessments and document medical histories.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health information.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate staff and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all patients.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and health‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license (LPN or RN) in the relevant state.
• Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in occupational or corporate health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with good character.
