Partner Portal Web Developer

About the role

The Partner Portal Web Developer will design, build, and maintain secure and scalable web experiences for Xerox partners. This position focuses on creating intuitive portal solutions that enable partner collaboration, self‑service, and integration with CRM/PRM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain partner portal websites using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional web solutions.
• Ensure portal applications meet performance, accessibility, usability, and security standards.
• Support integrations between the portal and CRM or PRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize portal functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost partner engagement and self‑service capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining web applications with modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance, accessibility, and security.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering business‑focused solutions.
