About the role

EMAPTA is looking for a Participant Operations Specialist to join its research operations team in Quezon City. You will play a key part in recruiting participants, coordinating global studies and ensuring smooth delivery of research projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen participants for a variety of research studies.
  • Coordinate study logistics with global research teams and external partners.
  • Resolve participant‑related issues quickly to maintain study timelines.
  • Monitor and optimise research operations to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and study progress.

Required profile

  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Ability to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with participants and internal teams.
