About the role
Del Monte Philippines, Inc. operates the world’s largest fully‑integrated pineapple operation and is looking for a Packer to join its Pineapple Preparation team in Bugo, Cagayan De Oro. The role involves handling pineapple solids on a production line, ensuring that every package meets the company’s high standards for safety, hygiene and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Sort and pack pineapple solids (sliced, tidbits, chunks) within defined quality specifications.
Required profile
- At least a High School graduate.
- Hardworking, reliable and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
