Packaging & Graphic Designer

About the role

Essor is seeking an independent Packaging & Graphic Designer to lead end‑to‑end design execution for its Consumables Business Unit. The role supports three core brands—ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin’ Green—across Amazon US, direct‑to‑consumer, and social channels. You will split your time between packaging/print design and digital performance design, collaborating closely with Brand Marketing and Product Development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop packaging and print artwork from brief to production‑ready files, including mood boards, layout iterations, dielines, color specifications (CMYK/Pantone), bleeds, safe zones and finishes.
• Maintain and evolve brand‑aligned packaging systems across multiple SKUs and product families.
• Explore new packaging concepts, structures and material options for product launches and variations.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Legal and Copywriting teams to gather inputs, flag risks early and manage master asset libraries.
• Create Meta ad concepts (static and simple motion) optimized for stop‑scroll performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design consistency and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, hands‑on designer comfortable managing projects from concept to final production.
• Curious learner eager to adopt AI, automation and data‑driven tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across packaging and digital design disciplines.
• Effective communicator who can partner with marketing, product and legal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CMYK and Pantone color systems.
• Understanding of print production requirements (dielines, bleeds, resolutions).
• Familiarity with SQL for data‑related tasks.
• Experience with AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Antigravity.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools like N8N or Dify.
