Packaging Designer

About the role

This full-time, on-site Packaging Designer role based in Bacoor will develop creative packaging concepts and execute designs across primary and secondary packaging for GRWM Cosmetics products. The role involves creating dielines, preparing print‑ready files, and collaborating with product development, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand guidelines, functional requirements and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create dielines and prepare print‑ready files for primary and secondary packaging.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain to align packaging with brand guidelines and functional requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure quality, color accuracy, and material feasibility.
• Iterate on prototypes based on feedback and testing.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across product lines.
• Explore sustainable materials and innovative packaging solutions.

Required profile

• Strong packaging and graphic design skills with experience in layout, typography, and visual branding for consumer products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and production constraints for cosmetics or FMCG products.
• Ability to translate brand strategy and marketing briefs into compelling packaging concepts.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Interest in sustainability and willingness to explore eco‑friendly packaging options.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
