Packaging Assistant – Mabini, Batangas

About the role

SEAOIL is seeking a Packaging Assistant to support daily filling operations at its Lubricants Blending Plant in Mabini, Batangas. The role ensures that blended lubricants are packed correctly, meet quality standards, and that the filling line runs safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare packaging material request forms, including the Filling Tracer Withdrawal Form.
• Inspect and calibrate filling lines and related equipment daily using appropriate tools.
• Operate the filling line in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Report equipment issues promptly to the Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor and Manager.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and complete pre‑start‑up checklists.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Production supervisors to ensure product safety and quality.
• Complete shift paperwork such as filling tracer records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area through daily housekeeping.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
• Residence near the Mabini Lubes Blending Plant.

Required skills

• Machine operation of filling equipment.
• Equipment inspection and calibration.
• Preventive maintenance procedures.
