Package Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the role

As a Package Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will work within IBM Consulting to help clients integrate and optimise the Dynamics 365 suite across their finance and operational processes. You will collaborate closely with client teams to translate business needs into robust, configurable solutions that drive efficiency and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules to align with client requirements.
• Develop functional design documents that map business needs to system capabilities.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to capture and translate client requirements.
• Perform acceptance testing to validate configurations and ensure they meet client expectations.
• Provide training and create end‑user documentation for client resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.
• Strong ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system designs.
• Experience creating functional design documentation and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills for client training and knowledge transfer.
