Outreach Pharmacist

About the role

The Outreach Pharmacist will work full‑time on‑site in Quezon City, leading community‑focused initiatives that promote safe and effective medication use. You will engage directly with patients, healthcare providers and local organisations to improve health outcomes through education and support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medication counseling and education to individuals and groups in community settings.
• Participate in health‑education programs and public‑health campaigns.
• Coordinate with clinics, hospitals and other healthcare providers to align outreach activities.
• Plan and execute outreach events, preparing educational materials and presentations.
• Document patient interactions, interventions and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Report results and insights to internal stakeholders and partner organisations.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the appropriate regulatory authority.
• Experience in community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy or public‑health outreach.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient education and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage field activities and engage diverse communities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and reliable in documentation and reporting.
