Outlet Manager – Luxury Restaurant (NUSTAR)

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead a high‑volume upscale or luxury restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This position reports to the F&B Director and is responsible for day‑to‑day management of staff, service standards, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house operations, maintaining fine‑dining service standards and Forbes/LQA luxury expectations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of servers, chefs, and support staff.
• Control labour costs, create schedules, and manage daily operational controls.
• Drive revenue through upselling, menu promotion, and outlet profitability initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and restaurant reporting using POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience managing a high‑volume upscale or luxury restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and fine‑dining service.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional, well‑presented, and service‑oriented demeanor.
