Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Join the US Satellite Radio outbound sales team and turn your love for music into a high‑energy sales career. You will work on a fast‑paced environment, streaming US radio channels while earning uncapped commissions and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Meet sales quotas and drive revenue growth through outbound calls.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads across multiple communication channels.
• Handle objections, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Maintain activity records and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• At least 3 months experience in a voice call‑center campaign.
• Background in sales or collections preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school graduate or higher.
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.

What we offer

• Php 21,500 monthly base salary.
• Night differential of Php 2,000‑2,800.
• Commission ranging from Php 5,000 to 10,000+ with no cap.
