Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our night‑shift team at MicroSourcing’s SM Downtown office in Cagayan De Oro City. You will engage warm leads over the phone, close sales, and promote additional services while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified (warm) leads during night‑shift hours.
• Close sales transactions and upsell complementary services.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual performance targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment.
