Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join Gushwork.ai’s high‑performance sales team. You will focus on prospecting U.S. B2B manufacturing companies, generating qualified meetings and feeding the pipeline for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S. companies.
• Achieve a target of at least 10 sales‑accepted meetings per month.
• Execute multi‑touch outreach across calls, LinkedIn and email.
• Handle real objections and qualify prospects using ICP, BANT/PAINT and MEDDIC frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure clean hand‑offs.
• Log structured notes and activity in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns.
• Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S. based B2B companies.
• Experience selling into SMB or Mid‑Market U.S. accounts.
• Strong outbound cold‑calling background, not limited to warm leads.
• Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, growth or technology solutions.
