OSS Tech 1 – IT Support Specialist

About the role

As an OSS Tech 1 you will provide first‑line technical assistance to end‑users and support the IT infrastructure of enterprise clients. You will work in a hybrid environment, interacting with C‑level executives and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, resolve and close incidents and service requests according to help‑desk procedures.
• Escalate unresolved tickets within agreed timeframes and keep clients informed of progress.
• Perform hardware and software maintenance, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks.
• Support local network issues and assist the centralized network team.
• Maintain asset inventory, deploy and move IT assets, and support office automation devices such as biometric readers, CCTV, printers and scanners.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail.
• Team player with good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
