About the role
Infosys BPM is seeking an Order Fulfillment Lead for its day‑shift team in Bonifacio Global City, Manila. You will head the end‑to‑end Order Management function, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Order Management team in GCC Manila.
- Oversee the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness in order processing.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to resolve order‑related issues.
