Order Fulfillment Head

About the role

Rebisco is seeking an Order Fulfillment Head to lead its Order Fulfillment Center operations. The role will ensure that customer orders are processed, prepared for dispatch, and shipped accurately and on time, supporting the company’s growth in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Order Fulfillment Center activities, from order processing to shipment release.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of customer orders.
• Oversee multi‑functional warehouse and dispatch operations, including rotating shift schedules.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align fulfillment processes with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or order fulfillment operations.
• 3‑5 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Prior experience in the Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly preferred.
• Willingness to be based in Balagtas, Bulacan and work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• APICS/CPIM certification.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and order fulfillment processes.
