Operator 1, Test Manufacturing

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring an Operator 1 for its test manufacturing area. The operator executes production processes in the test line, supporting the testing of semiconductor devices and helping achieve daily production targets. The role is based in GTC.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor test equipment and handlers according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Load and unload devices on test machines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to technicians or engineers as needed.
• Document test results, lot movement and equipment status accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and take part in training programs.
• Work with team members and shift leaders to meet production goals.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
