Operator 1 – Test Engineering (Product Development)

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking an Operator 1 to support test engineering activities within product development. You will work on semiconductor equipment, performing hand‑testing and handler‑testing to help advance innovative technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor machines safely and efficiently.
• Conduct hand‑testing and handler‑testing as directed by engineering teams.
• Support development and engineering projects by providing accurate test data.
• Maintain documentation of test procedures and results.
• Follow shift schedules and adapt to changing production needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
