Operations & Supply Chain Manager – Quezon City

About the role

We are a leading retail and wholesale meat supplier in the Philippines, serving households and food‑service businesses through online and physical stores. We are looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations and ensure the smooth flow of products from sourcing to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete operations cycle, including supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, inventory and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety standards and maintain high product quality.
• Drive productivity improvements and continuous operational excellence.
• Oversee timely delivery to retail outlets and online customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing and operations.
• Experience in the meat, food manufacturing, FMCG or retail/wholesale sector is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
