Operations Site Lead Manager – Davao Hub

About the role

The Operations Site Lead Manager will lead PwC’s Davao Delivery Hub, overseeing all site operations, people management and governance to ensure high‑quality delivery and an excellent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of the Davao Delivery Hub and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning across all functions.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and business continuity planning.
• Represent the Davao site in leadership discussions and strategic initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace culture; act as escalation point for employee concerns.
• Partner with Team Leaders, Delivery Managers and Human Capital on engagement, retention, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Oversee site administration, workplace policies, facilities coordination and operational governance.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Security and Finance to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with Delivery Leads, Operations Managers and senior leadership; provide regular updates on performance, risks and engagement.
• Support client and leadership visits, recruitment events and community initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, operational effectiveness and drive standardisation across the site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or a related field.
• 8 + years of experience in operations, shared services, BPO, managed services or corporate operations.
• 4‑5 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams or site operations.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong people‑leadership, coaching and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
