About the role
Moog Commercial Aircraft Group is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Tarlac City, Philippines. The Operations Project Manager – Original Equipment will lead the delivery of this facility, overseeing timeline, budget, and cross‑functional workstreams while collaborating with local and global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and launch operations for high‑value Moog products within the new plant.
- Lead the set‑up of EHS, machine repair, logistics, and other operational support functions.
- Plan, organize, and control resources to meet project scope, schedule, quality, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate multiple project plans and workstreams to achieve deliverables.
- Manage production during the prove‑out stage and track short‑term KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations.
- Proven experience leading complex work‑transfer or facility‑expansion projects.
- Prior leadership experience with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strong facilitation, emotional intelligence, and team collaboration abilities.
Required skills
- Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
