Operations Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Operations Product Manager to own a specific product, store format or segment and run it like a startup. Based in Manila, you will lead growth, field operations and technology delivery, turning hypotheses into scalable products across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full funnel from customer acquisition to conversion and issuance.
• Lead on‑the‑ground operations with a dedicated team of sales agents and field staff.
• Build internal tools together with the Product & Distribution tech team.
• Launch new financing products, roll out new store formats nationwide and scale the retail footprint.
• Report directly to founders and senior management, driving launch‑to‑scale cycles.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in product, operations, growth or entrepreneurship.
• Hands‑on, analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Builder attitude thriving in fast‑moving, scrappy environments.
• Bonus if you have led store roll‑outs, product launches or agent‑led operations.
