Operations Officer – Bacoor Support Center

About the role
The Operations Officer will support the Bacoor Support Center of a bank by generating new commercial loans, developing the existing loan portfolio, and cross‑selling bank products while preserving asset quality and complying with all regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new commercial loans and expand the existing loan portfolio.
- Cross‑sell bank products and services in line with bank policies and governing laws.
- Manage cash‑in vault, oversee deposit pick‑ups, cash cube operations and ATM cash loading.
- Perform outward clearing, reconcile billings and handle extended vault transactions.
- Provide professional account management and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Required profile
- Graduate of any business‑related course; an accounting degree is an advantage.
- Exposure to cash‑handling transactions.
- Ability to work within bank policies and regulatory frameworks.
Required skills
- Cash handling and vault management.
- Knowledge of banking products and loan processes.
- Basic understanding of reconciliation and clearing procedures.
