Operations Manager (Mall Operations)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily mall operations in Metro Davao. The role ensures facilities, security, housekeeping and tenant activities run smoothly, meeting Gaisano Grand Malls’ standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of mall facilities, security, maintenance and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with tenants, service providers and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor store and common‑area conditions, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare operational reports and support budgeting for utilities, maintenance and manpower.
• Lead, coach and develop on‑site staff, delegating tasks and managing shift schedules.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to support events and tenant requirements.
• Ensure cost‑effective operations while maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing facilities, security, maintenance or housekeeping in a retail, mall or commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on‑site teams, delegate tasks and work with tenants, vendors and internal departments.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem‑solving abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Metro Davao, including weekends, holidays and shift schedules as needed.

Required skills

• Basic office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
