Operations Manager - Hostels

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead our resort and hostel team in Coron, Palawan. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations in a vibrant island setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary hospitality team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the resort and hostel, including front‑desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) to streamline bookings, inventory, and revenue tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, hostel, or property management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven experience in financial and operational management.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• PMS (Property Management System) proficiency.
