Operations Manager – Hostel Operations (Coron, Palawan)

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of hostel operations in Coron, ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining boutique‑quality standards. This role coordinates multiple departments, drives profitability, and supports a vibrant social environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hostel operations and staff.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy, and overall operational performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards across the property.
• Control operational costs and manage inventory.
• Prepare reports and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in high‑volume hostels, boutique hotels, or fast‑paced food & beverage operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
