About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee the AU mortgage support function in our Manila office. This dayshift, on‑site position focuses on leading a dedicated team, empowering staff, and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows that deliver operational excellence. You will be the point of contact for the AU mortgage support function, making sure daily activities align with the company’s high standards.
